When is Easter each year?

Easter is the first weekend after the first full moon after the Equinox- (21-22 of March )
Since Easter is fast approaching I thought this poignant .
I decided that there must be an easier way than wading through the lists and calculations that seemed to me to be the only way of calculating it at least 10 years ago. This seems to work.

Carbon Dioxide emitted at high altitude, being only slightly heavier than air ,may remain at high altitude and have a much greater greenhouse effect than carbon dioxide emitted at a ground level; If so ,then research must be done into ways to reduce such emissions from aircraft or reduce their effect.– b. e. jensen

Plastic Chook Food

For those who don’t know what chooks are ,they are Chickens .

24 years ago I observed my own chooks hoeing(eating) into a styrofoam tray .This caused me to think about the reasons for it and the consequences .

Given that, except for a few additional elements ,the material is organic ,albeit greatly altered organic remains of high energy content (CHO )., Which theoretically could be digested and absorbed by a living body ? If possible it seemed a great way to have a win win , dispose of waste and produce food .

I sent this proposition to Uof Q and QUT back then ,at the risk of being ridiculed , or just ignored as a nut case . It seems the latter was the case.

Though the whole idea might be very distasteful ( pardon the Pun ) ,to some or most I thought it worthy of discussion . Though I popped it up for discussion several times over the years I received no feed back ( again I did not intend that to be Punny ).

It would be very easy to pelletise and its seed like appearance shoud be vey appealing to birds ?

Walk the Journey

I choose to be happy, smile , give and make little steps each day ,being where I am at the time ,100 % present if possible not dreaming of something else .

Fear and Greed

Fear and Greed run the world I believe , even greed is or can be a form of fear , fear of not having enough or of what you have being taken from you !

It may be that these emotions which seem to cause so much harm ,are remnants of behaviours repeated over thousands of years in harsh probably cold environments .For example collecting food in very short summers to last through very long winters ,over and over again until it became instinctual ,unconscious behaviour . If true it seems many cannot now interrupt this behaviour in a world where it currently is not needed . b e jensen c-1996
